The ultrasonic distance sensor uses ultrasound to measure the distance to an object. The device emits a high-frequency sound wave and measures the time it takes for the wave to reach the object and then return to the sensor. The Aranet ultrasonic distance sensor works with a wide range of liquid and non-liquid materials. Various practical applications of the sensor include measuring the grain level in a silo or the level of a liquid in a container, as well as other applications.
The ultrasonic distance sensor is Cloud compatible.
